General information
The climate of the area is typical Mediterranean, with mild winters and hot-dry summers. The temperature varies from 7.6°C in January (mean minimum value) to 30.3°C in July (mean maximum value).
The mean relative air humidity varies between 75% in January and 50% in July. Rainfall is low, with a mean value of 644 mm annually. The majority of the rain falls between October and March, while there is no rain during the summer months.
The most common winds of the area are from the north, northwest and west.
